New acid Planet is the administration arm for music labels LAZEE DOG and Techno Kat. It also mentors and manages artists, provides in house music artwork and promotional videos promotion campaigns merchandise and much more.

Music Labels
Both LAZEE DOG and Techno Kat are small original and underground music labels that releases from only a few hand picked talented artists. This ensures more attention is given to each artist and their releases rather than run like a factory assembly line of music releases where no one receives support mentoring other opportunities and promotion.
The Rosters are closed at this time but is open for other artists to collaborate with- mainly house techno melodic and afro house -but others are most welcome. Please contact thenewacidplanet@gmail.com

Biography
The Story of LAZEE DOG label ...
LAZEE DOG music label is a primarily digital electronic dance label releasing music for DJs and club enthusiast alike. It is owned by Angela H Evans owner of New Acid Planet the administration arm of LAZEE DOG and its’ sibling label Techno Kat.
Ten years ago in October 2014, Angela was diagnosed with AML Leukemia and spent the best part of 6 months in The Alfred hospital Melbourne receiving chemo therapy, whilst preparing for the worst after diagnosed with a 10% chance of survival.
She made it home in complete remission and in February 2024 her specialist announced she was cured. An amazing word to hear when you’ve been diagnosed with the most aggressive form of blood cancer!
However she firmly believes that the male nurse who lent her an mp3 player and a handful of CDs filled with music donated by unknown artist from around Australia were responsible for her feeling positive throughout the ordeal. And she made a promise to herself that if she got to go home then she would Give Back to the music community.
Five years later after recovering Angela began following and friending DJs and producers on Face Book and spent 3 years promoting them and their radio shows or getting them bookings for their own shows on radio – making posters and more all for free.
She still continues this work but also now releases music mainly house on LAZEE DOG and has never enjoyed life as much as she is now! She delights in seeing the releases on Juno Download checking to see the movement of each track as its listened to and purchased.
LAZEE DOG -named after her late dog Scruffy who was the laziest tea-boy ever (R.I.P.)
It is a micro boutique label delivering unique underground rather than commercial music for dancing listening and shmoozing to.
The most well known artist is French producer Adonis FR (TWICE – a remix of H3AR’s Waikiki Twice) followed by upcoming Brazilian (now living in London UK) Felipe Belchior ( Bear Pit and Run Away and Positive Connection). Moving up too, is rising star Stereoimagery from Canada (All Night Sunlight, Vinyl Cuts, Losing Control)
Artists on the label are from Australia (LAZEE DOG’s home) Brazil, UK, France USA Canada Africa and more.
Keeping with a small roster means that more investment in promotion and artist mentoring is available rather than releasing like a factory assembly line and Angela cares for each and every artist like family.
